Harry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Why? WHy? WHy?

I've headr already that Bis Sam is in teh frmae. I Live in Bolton and watched his direct football. It's not how Pompey play. We love real football not just results.

Someone help

My phone wont stop getting mesages from people gloating. I need a response

From what I've read there are two ways I've read this.

Harry doesnt think he is up for the challenge of managing Pompey anymore, his recient tactics have certainly raised a few eye brows, and wants to get out before he is sacked.

or

Harry has seen how bad the financial crisis is at Pompey and knows how much of the squad he would have to sell in January, and decided to get out before he had to do that.

Personally I dont really think its the first yes his UFEA Cup games havent been his finest hours but I think he would have given us a season to be proud of.  I now think Pompey have serious financial problems, we saw how the club fell apart when Harry left the first time and Perin was appointed, £5million for that uncertainty?   We must need the cash.

Right now I'm hurt, even Harry seems to have falled for the "Spurs are a big club" falacy.   I was really hoping Spurs would go down, now doubly so.

Big Sam though?   Hmmmm yes Pompey arent really a route one team, although with Crouch picking up the long balls and holding them up we can play that way.

I would certainly want a British manager, some kind of known name with a track record would be great, I just dont see us attracting one.

You know how British could the mangement be TONY ADAMS & JO JORDAN. Why look elsewhere wen we have a great team n our doorstep. Regarding harry - he has done his job (what he was paid to do) and now if the club cant match what spurs offered then we should say thanks for the memories BECOS he made HISTORY for us and good luck. If you were being paid £1.5 million and offered £3mill + even fr a short time in the recession climate YOU"VE GOT TO TAKE IT. Lets hope the board dont be daft and look for super managers who want to change everything. Keep it consistent and see pompey players rise to the challenge. Have to keep hold of our prized assests - diarra, defoe, crouch, james, campbell, kransjcar, distin, traore, belhadj etc - cant let them walk out of the door to white hart lane ! ! !

Quote pompey will be my last job in football ! yeah right sold out once sold out a second time cash is king not redknap wot a judas lets get all the facts i feel gutted and let down still he went to scummers and took them down hope spurs go the same way pompey till i die

£5 million sounds a lot, but look what happened last time Harry left we ended up with a dire manager, had a dire season and almost went down and it took Harry to get us back on track.

Like a lot of fans I'm worried who we may loose in January, since so many of the players said Harry was a major reason for coming to Fratton Park.

I think we may loose Diarra, it wouldnt surprise me if Harry came back for Defoe.

Choosing a good manager is essencial, while Adams and Jordan are good caretakers I honestly dont think they are the future, Adams managerial carer just isnt good enough to earn a Premier League club.

This also puts any planning for the January transfer window on hold and more than likely back to square one.

As I've already said I would love an British manager, English would be preferered.

Hope Harry fails at Spurs and they go down.

I really feel for you guys, Harry has been working wonders at your club, and has deservedly put you lot in the Uefa Cup. Hope you guys get a better manager and Spurs go down and Harry rues this mistake. Always had lots of respect for the fans of your club.
I TOTALLY disagree with you Joelinator. Harry weas ALWAYS too big for Pompey and their ARROGANT fans. He will fulfil ALL of his ambitions at Spurs, and as someone who is looking to move from Plymouth to London in the VERY near future, I can TELL you it is a LOT nicer than the D.U.M.P. that is Portsmouth.
